Zack will do a lot more than just this, however. Zack can send email announcements to those who have records within Zack and these emails can be personalized too. You can add merge terms taken from the data you are storing on the people or companies within Zack. And, Zack can retrieve email. Zack has a built in task (things to do) editor that can help you keep your tasks straight. The information Zack keeps for these tasks will help you in figuring out which tasks are priority, which have specific due dates, which have been completed, how much time you expected the task to take and how much time the task actually took. This task information is printable in a daily calendar along with any reminders you might set up in Zack. This is mighty powerful stuff! Zack can also keep logs on phone calls you make or phone calls you receive, write memos and letters to those listed within Zack, create mailing and shipping labels.
