This message board will be shared with other users and can be a great way to get answers to your pressing questions. We are far from perfect, so there may be times when things just do not work as they should. We try very hard to debug every aspect of a program before it goes out; however, things do happen. You may want to check out the Information Forum--you may be able to find a fix to a problem you might be having, or an answer to a question you need answered.
