Reopening a Closed Box. If a box is closed for a client and then they reappear, you will need to reopen the box. Since Simon moves closed boxes to an archive area, it is important that Simon be able to return a boxholder to the active area. This tool will do this.

Undo a Rental Payment. Occasionally, you might add a rental payment to the wrong box, or you might do a rental payment of the wrong duration. Simon has a tool to retract a payment so that you can do the payment over correctly.
