Simon Daily Work Product Form

Sometimes it is nice to be able to review what you have accomplish on a particular day. The Daily Work Product form is ideal for doing such a review.



I have added bullets to this form in light red so I can explain each area individually.

(A) This is a list of all of the dates where work was done for your clients. Most everything will be listed here including those clients that you close. With Version 4 I was able to accumulate both current and archived data so that a full listing is closer to what appears here. There are still a few operations that will not appear here, but the ones that do not are operations that you might never do in the lifetime of your business.
(B) By clicking on this button, you will be able to do a printout of all of the data on a particular date or, if you have not selected a date from the list noted by bullet (A), the list will include everything for all dates. So, do choose a date unless you really are trying to get a full printout. By the way, an image showing one page of a printout is shown below.



(C) Is a listing of your clients and what you did for them on the date chosen in the list noted by bullet (A). This list shows the invoice number even if no invoice was produced at the time of the transaction, the type of transaction that was done, the box number and the name of the client.
(D) Click on this button to open a form that will show you the actual contents of the invoice for this transaction, even if it was never printed for the client. An image showing this form is directly below.
