You get a piece of mail for someone you do not recognize. Or, you recognize the mail recipient, but cannot for the life of you remember which box they occupy. When we had our store, this happened every day when distributing mail to the boxes we had.
You can refine the list by typing in the person's last name in the box at the top of the form. Or, you can even print a list of all mail recipients by clicking on the print button at the top of the form.
This list is all inclusive. It includes the name of the boxholder, spouse, any names listed in the other names area (which is used to keep track of other names used by the boxholder, spouse, or their children's names), and the names set up in the Other Mail Recipient section for the box, and other names the Other Mail Recipient might use.
Literally, Simon could list millions of names for any box you have--much more than you will ever use! Simon is very good at not limiting you on what you input into the system and the database foundation follows the DMM rules to the letter.
