Undo a Rental Payment

There may be times when you might want to remove a mailbox rental payment from a client's record. If you were to make a payment to the wrong box or if you messed up on the duration (i.e., put in a 6-month payment when you were suppose to do a 3-month payment), Simon has a tool that will retract the payment so that you can redo the payment correctly. You can find this tool from the Simon helper as shown below.



Once you open this tool, you will see a list of the clients who have made rental payments beyond the initial set up. You should choose the appropriate client from the list and then click on the [Next Screen >>] button.



Once you have move to the next screen you will see a statement regarding payment by this client. If you want to remove this payment, Simply click on the [Finish] button.
