Welcome to B&L Associates!

We create custom databases for business and personal use. We have created dozens of database applications. Most have been written specifically for our clients' special needs. We also have a few of a more general nature that are available as free trials from this web site.

Offerings

The first software item we want to mention here is a powerful contact information manager that we call Zack. This contact information manager will help you organized information about people and companies. With this data, you can create lots of different documents (letters, memos, fax cover sheets, mailing/shipping labels, emails (yes, Zack sends and receives emails too!) and Zack will insert information from your contact data into any of the documents you want to create. Zack also comes equipped with a daily calendar and you can create "task" lists. This is a fantastic program.

We also have a photographer's assistant called Marvin that can get all of your slides, images, digitals organized for you. This program will also allow you to accumulate an enormous amount of information about your images, including darkroom data, etc.

We also have several programs that are specifically created for those working in the parcel industry.

The first is Dexter (a wonderful shipping program that is not only inexpensive, but powerful too!).

The second is Simon (a mailbox rental and mail forwarding management system that is the best in the land).

The third is Estie (a packaging and wrapping estimator that is both fun to use and extremely accurate in its estimations).
